Where Support Begins
If you or someone you care about is struggling with substance use, you don’t have to navigate it alone. At CDS, support begins with a conversation — not a commitment. Whether you’re ready to enter the programme or just want to ask questions, we’re here to listen and to help you understand your options.
What we offer
Our Services
CDS provides holistic, community-based care to individuals and families affected by substance use. Our services are delivered in structured phases, with each step offering a combination of therapeutic care, daily rhythm, and personal responsibility.
The programme is free and grounded in the internationally recognised Therapeutic Community (TC) model, with a strong focus on long-term recovery, personal development, and meaningful reintegration into society.
What to expect
Getting help at CDS is not about one big decision — it’s about the next right step. Here’s how the process usually works:
- Step 1: First Contact Reach out to us via phone, WhatsApp, or visit. We’ll listen and walk you through your options.
- Step 2: Assessment & Orientation If you're ready, we’ll arrange a first interview and, where needed, an orientation phase to begin reintroducing structure.
- Step 3: Entry Into Programme Participants can join the residential community or attend as day clients, depending on the assessment.
- Step 4: Recovery & Reintegration Structured routines, therapy, peer feedback, and family involvement — all within the therapeutic community model.
- Step 5: Reentry & Ongoing Support We stay connected even after formal treatment ends. Stability matters.
