Diana Bien-aimé is often the first smile you see when walking through the doors at CDS. As the face of our medical services and first point of contact, she plays a vital role in ensuring that clients and families feel welcomed, safe, and seen from the very beginning of their journey.
With prior experience in NGOs and community-based work, Diana brings both compassion and efficiency to her role. Her presence sets the tone for respectful, person-centred care and she acts as a crucial bridge between the clinical and therapeutic teams, helping clients navigate appointments, follow-ups, and early support.
Diana is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Social Work, a path that reflects her deep commitment to professional growth and ethical service. Her ongoing academic training, paired with daily on-the-ground experience, equips her with both theory and practice in supporting vulnerable individuals.
Respected for her calm presence, empathy, and deep sense of responsibility, Diana is more than a first impression—she is an integral part of the healing environment at CDS.
