Daniel L’Enclume is the Unit Lead of the Reentry Department at CDS, where he plays a key role in supporting individuals as they transition out of residential care and rebuild their lives in society. With a foundation course in social work and a career deeply rooted in community engagement, Daniel brings a grounded and compassionate approach to his work.

Since taking leadership of the Reentry Department, Daniel has brought fresh perspective and renewed structure, helping to solidify the department as a vital bridge between treatment and long-term reintegration. Under his guidance, CDS has celebrated at least two graduations per year over the past three years, reflecting the strength of the TC pathway and the importance of sustained follow-up care.
