Camie Lindor Jeanneton is the first Outreach and Communication Coordinator of CDS, a role she has held since the establishment of the Outreach and Communication Department in early 2024. This new department was created in response to CDS’s growing need to connect more deeply with communities, enhance public understanding of addiction and recovery, and ensure that services are accessible, visible, and grounded in trust.
Camie holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and is currently pursuing a Masters in Communications and Public Relations at the UTM—a combination that reflects her ability to bridge human connection with strategic messaging.
Her journey at CDS began as a Prevention Officer, followed by her role as a Therapeutic Community Facilitator, and later as Unit Lead of the Residential Therapeutic Community, where she provided structure, empathy, and guidance to residents. Each of these roles gave her a strong foundation in fieldwork, programme delivery, and interpersonal care.
Camie is known for her availability, energy, and unwavering support toward her team members. Whether she’s coordinating a national outreach campaign or accompanying a team into the field, she leads with presence and a genuine passion for connecting with people, especially those at the margins.
With her grounded approach and commitment to community, Camie continues to be a key force in shaping how CDS shows up—both in the field and in the public eye.
